How to make PIC C Compiler work on Windows 7 & Vista?

A problem of compatibility is present in windows vista and windows 7 when you try to execute PIC C, you may get this message :
In reality, the problem is user privileges level one ; you have to be an administrator to make it work correctly.

to resolve this problem by two way:

• a right click on the icon of PIC C Compiler then “Run as administrator”.
  
• a right click on the icon of PIC C Compiler then “Properties”  then “Compatibility” and check the box of  “Run this program as an administrator”, last and not least hit “OK”.
